In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 California Adaptation Forum was adapted to feature a virtual series. In partnership with Alliance of Regional Collaboratives for Climate Adaptation (ARCCA), we organized a 3-part webinar series that engaged 1,400 leaders and practitioners from across the state. We look forward to organizing an in-person convening for California’s adaptation community when it is safe to do so. I thought the program was great – good diversity of topics, great speakers. Just as importantly, I think the sessions largely delivered on what they said they would cover. I also thought the conference did a great job of integrating the equity issue in a way that didn’t feel repetitive between sessions.

I enjoyed the plenary panels, great topics hosted by an informed moderator, with panelists who had a wide range of expertise and communicated their experiences well.
